These terms apply when you install or use Costwyn: Fix Missing Costs, a Shopify app made by Costwyn Apps. By installing the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't install it. Questions: replydesk7+costwyn@gmail.com.
02What Costwyn does
Costwyn reads your products and recent orders to find variants with a blank or $0 cost per item, shows the revenue with no real cost behind it, and lets you change costs in bulk with a preview and undo. Margin figures in the app are estimates based on your own costs and prices; they aren't accounting or tax advice.
03Plans and billing
Costwyn has a Free plan and a paid Fix + Watch plan. Current prices and the free-trial length are shown on the app's Shopify App Store listing and in the app. All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. When you cancel, you keep the Free plan features, including undo. Refunds of app charges are handled through Shopify's billing.
04Your data and your decisions
Your store data stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy. You decide which costs to apply; please check previews before applying them, and only turn on auto-apply for rules you are comfortable with. You are responsible for the costs you set in your store.
05Fair use
Don't use Costwyn to break the law or Shopify's terms, to try to access other stores' data, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access that puts the service or other merchants at risk.
06No warranty
We work to keep Costwyn accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Shopify, Render and Neon outages, API limits or changes can affect the app.
07Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Costwyn Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the app fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
08Ending
You can stop using Costwyn at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app with reasonable notice in the app or by email to the store's contact address. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll let you know about material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Contact: replydesk7+costwyn@gmail.com.
